What is Billpay Rewards
With Billpay Rewards, our members can earn points for every dollar they spend on bill payments made through the platform. Members can also use Billpay Rewards points to pay other bills and expenses, redeem points for rewards with leading brands, or transfer points to use on flights, upgrades, and more with participating partners.
Who is eligible to join Billpay Rewards?
Any business can join Billpay Rewards.
How do I sign up?
Registration is quick and easy. Simply complete your business details and personal information for us to process your application.
Do my details need to be verified before joining the program?
Yes. We require identity verification for both you and your business to comply with Australian financial regulations. This helps us keep the platform safe and secure for all users.
If I own multiple businesses with different ABNs, do I need an account for each one?
No. Only one login is required for all your businesses. If there are separate owners of each business, an account can be created for each owner. For complex ownership structures, our team can support creating accounts for multiple owners.
What does the program cost?
It is free to join the program, and there are no lock-in contracts. Program fees are paid per transaction, based on your membership tier (details below). Additional transaction fees may apply depending on your payment method.

Black – 4 points per dollar – 3.5% + GST

Diamond – 2 points per dollar – 1.8% + GST

Platinum – 1 point per dollar – 0.95% + GST
How do I earn points?
Points are earned on every transaction you make in the platform. The number of points you earn is based on your membership tier.
Is there a cap on how many points I can earn?
No. Your points-earning potential is completely uncapped. The more you spend in the platform, the more points you earn.
What bills can I pay?
You can pay almost any bill in the platform, including supplier invoices, finance payments, ATO payments, payroll, BPAY bills, and more.
Some payment types are blocked in the platform, including gambling and cryptocurrency payments.
What payment methods can I use?

Please note that some international and prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
What are the transaction fees?
Transaction fees are based on your selected payment method:

Bank account / debit card – Free
Visa / MasterCard – 1.2%
Pay By Account – 1.8%
Are the fees I pay tax deductible?
In many cases, program fees and transaction processing fees may be tax-deductible as a business expense. However, tax treatments can vary based on your individual circumstances and local regulations. We do not provide tax advice, so we recommend consulting your accountant or tax adviser to confirm how the fees apply to your specific situation.
Do you provide transaction statements for tax purposes?
Yes, we do. These can be downloaded from the activity tab in the program.
How long does it take for my funds to reach my payee’s bank account?
PayID payments are processed the same day that the funds have been received from your bank.

For all other payments, if your payment is finalised on the platform by 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day:

Payments to payees via bank account: up to 3 business days
Payments to payees via batch payment: up to 3 business days
Payments to payees via credit card: up to 4 business days
Payments to BPAY payees via bank account: up to 4 business days
Payments to BPAY payees via credit card: up to 3 business days

Payments made after 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day may take an additional business day to process. Please allow extra time for payments with strict deadlines (e.g. ATO or superannuation), and note the impact of dishonours, especially on weekends or public holidays.
If paying by credit card, do I earn points on the program as well as on my credit card?
Yes. You’ll earn points twice: once from your card and again through the platform.
What points do I earn on transactions in the platform?
You earn points on every successful payment you make in the platform. The number of points depends on your membership tier.
How long does it take for my points to arrive in my account?
Once a payment shows as completed in your activity, the points will be allocated to your account. The timing depends on the payment method you use.
Do my points expire?
Your points will not expire as long as your account is active, defined as making a payment or points redemption within the last 12 months.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for a wide variety of options, including:

Pay other bills – Use your points to pay bills in the platform.

eGift Cards – Redeem points for digital gift cards from leading retailers in fashion, tech, groceries, and more.

Dining – Redeem points for Dining eVouchers at over 400 participating venues across Australia. Browse venues on the interactive map and enjoy a meal on points.

Cinema – Redeem points for Cinema eVouchers, valid at participating cinemas across Australia. eVouchers are delivered digitally and can be used online or at the cinema.

eStore – Redeem points for a wide range of physical products, delivered directly to your door by our drop-shipping partner.

Experiences – Use points towards exclusive events and experiences not available to the general public. Submit an enquiry form, and our team will contact you with details.

BizHub – Access exclusive partner offers in finance, insurance, retail, and travel at no extra cost.

Simply log in to your account and navigate to the “Rewards” tab. Browse available categories and follow the prompts to complete your redemption.
What bills can I pay with points?
Any bill that can be paid in the platform can also be paid with points.

Points+Pay also allows you to part-pay a bill with points and pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

Limitations:

You can only use one additional payment method with Points+Pay.
Points+Pay is not available with PayID or scheduled payments.
